Thanks for the feedback - actually there are some great specials on slush machine buys in Australia at the moment. If you check out the site www.AustralianSlushMachines.com.au or www.ozislsush.com.au they have some granita slush machine units at or near wholesale cost price just in time for summer. I reckon Prince Harry should hire or buy a slush unit for his next pool party or game of billiards! The best drink recipes for these frozen cocktail machines are many but I do love the classic margarita (lemon margarita) or the Pina Colada or Illusions with some fresh pineapple juice added, preferably the unsweetened Golden Circle Pineapple juice in an 850ml Can.
The Strawberry Daiquiri is always a popular choice to made with rum, once again I have a personal preference here & like the dark rum in the Strawberry Daiquiri..
